AsyClock provides immigration-related educational tools and community features, including a free asylum EAD timeline calculator, educational content, community discussions, saved case reminders, and a marketplace directory for immigration attorneys, accredited representatives, advisors, and related professionals.
AsyClock is a technology platform and information service. We do not provide legal representation, legal advice, case strategy, form preparation, or immigration services.
IMPORTANT: AsyClock is an educational tool and community platform only. Nothing on this website, including calculator results, articles, community posts, marketplace profiles, advisor badges, messages, reviews, comments, or automated reminders, constitutes legal advice.

Using AsyClock, viewing a professional profile, posting in the community, sending a marketplace inquiry, receiving a reply, or booking a consultation through a third-party link does not create an attorney-client relationship with AsyClock. Any attorney-client or advisor-client relationship can only be formed directly between you and the professional, under that professional's own engagement terms.
Marketplace profiles, ratings, badges, categories, rankings, featured placement, availability, prices, specialties, languages, reviews, and contact options are provided for discovery and comparison only. AsyClock does not guarantee any professional's qualifications, licensing, good standing, results, availability, responsiveness, advice, fees, or conduct.
Professionals are solely responsible for the truthfulness and legality of their profiles, advertisements, claims, reviews they solicit, communications, fees, services, licensing status, bar status, accreditation status, advertising compliance, and client relationships. Professionals must comply with all laws, court rules, bar rules, ethics rules, advertising rules, privacy obligations, and immigration practice rules that apply to them.
Users are responsible for verifying a professional's license, accreditation, discipline history, experience, fees, engagement terms, and suitability before sharing sensitive documents or relying on advice. Paid placement, profile ranking, badges, or visibility on AsyClock do not mean we endorse or recommend that professional.
Community posts and comments are user-generated content. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, personal, emotional, or based on facts that differ from your situation. Community content is not legal advice and should not be treated as a substitute for a qualified professional's guidance.
You are responsible for what you post. Do not post confidential legal strategy, full immigration files, A-Numbers, receipt notices, Social Security numbers, payment information, private evidence, or anything you do not want public. By posting, you grant AsyClock a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, moderate, edit for safety/formatting, and remove your content in connection with operating the service.
Reviews, ratings, testimonials, comments, upvotes, and profile badges must be honest and must not be misleading. Users and professionals may not post fake reviews, compensate people for undisclosed reviews, manipulate ratings, impersonate others, or hide material connections. We may remove or limit reviews, ratings, or endorsements that appear misleading, promotional, abusive, fraudulent, or non-compliant.
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful information, but immigration law, agency rules, processing times, forms, fees, court practices, and professional licensing information change frequently. We cannot guarantee that any information, calculation, reminder, directory listing, user content, or professional profile is current, complete, accurate, secure, available, or error-free.
AsyClock is not liable for errors, omissions, delays, unavailable services, moderation decisions, user conduct, professional conduct, missed deadlines, denied applications, lost opportunities, financial loss, immigration consequences, or actions taken in reliance on the service.
You may use AsyClock for lawful, personal, and educational purposes. You agree not to:
We may review, hide, edit, reject, remove, suspend, restrict, or delete content, accounts, listings, reviews, messages, or marketplace features at our discretion, including when content appears unsafe, misleading, non-compliant, spammy, fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, or unrelated to immigration support. We are not obligated to monitor all content and we do not assume responsibility for user or professional content by choosing to moderate or not moderate it.
AsyClock may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party sites. Advertisements do not constitute endorsements by AsyClock.
Marketplace subscriptions, checkout, booking links, messaging, payments, ads, hosting, analytics, authentication, email, and other features may rely on third-party providers such as Stripe, Netlify, Google, Resend, or other services. Their terms and privacy policies may apply. AsyClock is not responsible for third-party outages, processing decisions, payment disputes, chargebacks, account limitations, or external booking arrangements.
The content, design, and code of AsyClock are owned by AsyClock and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The calculator methodology, written content, and design may not be reproduced without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AsyClock and its operators from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, your professional listing or services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of another person's rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AsyClock and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, including but not limited to: missed filing deadlines, denied applications, professional disputes, user disputes, lost clients, lost revenue, reputational harm, or other immigration or business consequences.

Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at privacy@asyclock.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to address the issue. Some legal rights vary by state or country, and nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
