Overview

AsyClock ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website asyclock.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our service.

Summary: The public calculator is designed to run in your browser. Account, community, saved-case, marketplace, messaging, subscription, email, and support features necessarily collect and store information needed to provide those services.

Calculator Information

When you use the calculator without saving a case, the following information is intended to stay in your browser and is not intentionally sent to AsyClock servers:

If you choose to create an account, save a case, request reminders, contact support, use community features, or use marketplace features, the information you provide for those features may be stored by AsyClock and service providers.

Analytics and the calculator. We use Google Analytics to count how many people use the site and which pages they reach. When you complete a calculation, we record only that a calculation happened. We do not send your receipt date, your stoppage information, your calculated filing or eligibility dates, your A-Number, or any other case detail to Google or to any other analytics provider — not as a measurement, not as a label, and not in the page address. We also strip account links, verification links, and password reset links of their security codes before any page address is recorded.

Information We May Collect

Depending on how you use AsyClock, we may collect:

Public Content

Community posts, comments, profile names, marketplace profiles, reviews, ratings, and some advisor/lawyer information may be public. Do not post immigration documents, A-Numbers, Social Security numbers, payment details, private evidence, confidential legal strategy, or information you do not want others to see.

How We Use Information

Service Providers

We may use third-party providers for hosting, databases, authentication, email, payments, file storage, analytics, security, support, and other operations. AsyClock does not run advertising and does not host advertising or social media tracking pixels. These providers may process information as needed to provide their services to us and may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures for the size and nature of the service, including HTTPS, authentication, rate limiting, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for using strong passwords, protecting your account, and avoiding public disclosure of sensitive immigration or personal information.

Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain security. Some public content, logs, backups, transaction records, or moderation records may remain for a reasonable period after deletion requests where permitted by law.

You may request account deletion through available account tools or by contacting us. Deletion may not immediately remove content that has already been copied, cached, exported, emailed, backed up, or included in public discussions.

Your Choices

Children's Privacy

AsyClock is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
